Fifth Avenue is a stretch of South Brooklyn where you can find four star dining alongside dive bars that stay open until four in the morning. New condos are cropping up in this area with an ever-increasing regularity, so it’s not likely to last. However unlike Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, the prices here are low, and unlike the rest of Park Slope, this block isn’t completely overrun with over-privileged toddlers.
