It was reported today that Daniel Boulud will be opening up a second location of db Bistro Moderne in the forthcoming JW Marriott Marquis in Miami. The news is perfectly timed, as it comes during the SoBe Wine and Food Festival. The hotel, which is part of the new Metropolitan Miami development, is slated to open in July, as is the restaurant.
