The money to fix all Britain’s potholes could be raised within 100 days if increased profits from VAT on fuel were diverted to the problem, the AA says.

February isn’t only about Valentine’s Day. For thousands of children all over Europe and in parts of North America, it is also Half-Term or February School Vacation.
