Free August Concerts in LA

In Los Angeles it means that we have the same weather as in March or December, albeit a little hotter during the daytime. To celebrate the absolute lack of change in our weather, various organizations around the city throw free concerts. Don’t be fooled though. Summer in Los Angeles isn’t all fun and games. The extra hours of sunshine mean extra guilt when Angelinos start blowing rails around 6:30 p.m.

British Airways makes £148m loss

British Airways reports a pre-tax loss of £148m in the three months to the end of June, as the global recession hits earnings.
